How does the Calla Rewards programme work?

The Calla Rewards programme lets you earn points every time you shop with us and redeem them for money off future purchases.

Earning points 

You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on full-price items at Calla & Co. Points are added to your account once your order has been dispatched. Points are not awarded on sale items, gift cards, or delivery charges.

Checking your points balance 

Sign in to your account and go to My Rewards. Your current points balance and a full history of points earned and redeemed is displayed there.

Redeeming points 

You can redeem your points at checkout. Every 100 points is worth £1 off your order. You can choose how many points to redeem — you don't have to use them all at once. Points cannot be redeemed against delivery charges or gift cards.

Points expiry 

Points expire 12 months after they are earned if your account has had no purchase activity. We'll send you a reminder email 30 days before any points are due to expire.

Referral bonus 

Refer a friend to Calla & Co. and you'll both receive 50 bonus points when they make their first purchase. Share your unique referral link from the My Rewards section of your account.

Missing points 

If you believe points are missing from your account, contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate within 3 business days.
