Your Calla & Co. account gives you access to your order history, saved addresses, and loyalty rewards all in one place. Here's how to manage the most common account settings.
Updating your personal details
Sign in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your name, email address, phone number, and default delivery address. Changes take effect immediately.
Changing your password
Go to Account Settings → Security and click Change password. You'll need to enter your current password before setting a new one. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll send a reset link to your registered email address.
Viewing your order history
All your past and current orders are available under My Orders in your account. Click any order to see its status, tracking information, and a full breakdown of items purchased.
Updating your delivery addresses
You can save multiple delivery addresses under Account Settings → Addresses. Set a default address for faster checkout, or add new addresses at any time.
Closing your account
If you'd like to close your Calla & Co. account please contact our support team directly. Note that closing your account will permanently remove your order history and any unused Calla Rewards points.
