How do I return an item?
We want you to love everything you buy from Calla & Co. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help you return it.
Our return policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and wherever possible returned in their original packaging.
What can't be returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items that have been assembled or installed
How to start a return
- Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address
- Select the item or items you'd like to return
- Choose your return reason
- Print your returns label and attach it to your parcel
- Drop off at your nearest collection point
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product please do not return it through the standard returns process. Contact our support team directly and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
